The nature of the visit itself is to seek the collaborations between the two universities – PAÑÑĀSĀSTRA UNIVERSITY OF CAMBODIA, SIEM REAP (PUCSR) and Development Cooperation for ASEAN, Embassy of Canada, Jakarta, in term of providing the fully funded exchange program scholarship.
